The short version: we collect what you type into our contact form and nothing else. No analytics, no advertising trackers, no profiling, and your details are never sold or passed around. We use them to reply to you, and that is it.
1. Who we are
Eleven Twelve is a trading name of Lordwell Holdings Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 13452805. Registered office: Units 11 to 12 Tame Valley Business Centre, Tamworth, B77 5BY. You can reach us at build@eleventwelve.co.uk. We are the data controller for the personal data described on this page.
2. What we collect, and why
- The contact form. Name, company, email address, and whatever you write in the message box. We use it to answer your enquiry and arrange the call you asked for.
- Email. If you write to us, we hold the correspondence like any business does.
- Nothing in the background. This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking scripts. We do not watch you read it.
3. The legal bases
We rely on legitimate interests to respond when you contact us, and on contract when we are quoting for or delivering work you have asked for. Where the law requires us to keep records, that is a legal obligation.
4. Where your data lives
- Netlify hosts this site and stores form submissions. Netlify may process data in the United States under its standard data protection safeguards.
- Our email, where form submissions are delivered and answered.
- Google Fonts. The site's typefaces load from Google's servers, which means your IP address reaches Google when the page loads. Google does not set cookies through this and we send them nothing about you.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as it takes to deal with them properly, and business correspondence for up to six years as accounting and legal records require. If you never become a client and want your enquiry gone sooner, ask and it goes.
6. Who we share it with
Nobody, beyond the processors above that make the site work. We do not sell data, rent it, swap it, or hand it to marketers. If we ever built something for you that involved your own customers' data, that is covered by the engagement terms and an NDA, and it stays yours.
7. Your rights
UK GDPR gives you the right to see the data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how it is used, and take it elsewhere. Email build@eleventwelve.co.uk and we will deal with it within a month. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
8. Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly rewrite it and hope nobody notices.
