Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. If you did, you would not need the call. You need to know your business, which you already do. We do the translating.
Eleven Twelve / THE CALL What actually happens
Everyone is being told AI will change their business. Almost nobody is being told which part of theirs. That is the whole point of this call, and it costs you nothing.
01 What happens
How the work actually flows. Who does what, what gets typed twice, what gets chased on a Friday, what falls down the back when someone is on holiday. We are listening for the jobs nobody enjoys and nobody owns.
Two or three, not twenty. The ones where a machine would do it faster, at 3am, without forgetting. We tell you roughly what each is costing you now in hours and in money left on the table.
Usually most of the list. Where a person is cheaper, faster or safer, we will say so. We would rather build you one thing that pays for itself than five that impress people in a meeting.
A short note after the call: what we would build, roughly what it costs, roughly what it saves. Yours to keep, use, or take to somebody else. No obligation, no follow-up campaign.

No. A chatbot is what people sell when they have not looked at your business. We look at invoicing, stock, quotes, chasing and the jobs that eat your week.
Then we tell you that and you have lost half an hour. It happens, and saying so is the reason the ones who do have something worth building trust us with it.
Yes. No deck, no discovery fee, no three-stage sales process. We build systems for a living, so we would rather spend half an hour finding out whether you have one worth building.
Trading businesses that already work. You have customers, stock or jobs moving, and a team doing things by hand that a system should be doing. Turnover matters less than mess.
Anyone wanting AI because it sounds good on a website. If there is no repeated, boring, expensive job in your week, there is nothing for us to take off you.

Tell us how a quote gets from your inbox to an invoice at the minute, and we'll tell you whether a CRM's worth building or whether you've just got a habit problem.
