The contact form goes nowhere
An enquiry lands in a shared inbox. Someone copies the name, the postcode and the product code into a quote by hand and gets one digit wrong, and now you're arguing about a price nobody meant to send.
Eleven Twelve / 11/WEB Websites
Most SME sites are a brochure with a contact form bolted on. We build sites that sell what makes you different, wired into your systems so an enquiry becomes a quote becomes a job without anyone retyping it.
01 The problem
An enquiry lands in a shared inbox. Someone copies the name, the postcode and the product code into a quote by hand and gets one digit wrong, and now you're arguing about a price nobody meant to send.
Your homepage says family run since 1987 and mentions quality twice. It doesn't say you hold the stock in Tamworth and it's on the van tonight, which is the only reason anyone buys from you instead of the next lot.
The site says in stock. Goods-in knows otherwise. Someone's keeping a spreadsheet called a price list PDF nobody's updated since the VAT change and updating the site off it on a Thursday, if they remember.
02 What you get
The enquiry form writes into your CRM or quoting system with the reference already on it. Nobody retypes a postcode. Nothing sits in a sent items folder waiting to be remembered.
Search and filters that hold up at 56,000 product lines. Lordwell has that many and it still loads.
The site pulls stock and pricing from wherever the real numbers live. If it's gone, it shows gone. Lordwell says live UK stock and next working day delivery because both of those are true when you click.
You can add a product, change a price and write a page without ringing us. We'll show whoever's doing it once and they'll be fine.
Built lean and hosted properly. Google ranks it better, and the bloke checking a price on his phone in a van doesn't give up halfway.
03 Why it won't fall over
The systems we sell are already running someone's business.
lordwell.co.uk is our build: 56,000+ product lines with live UK stock, out on next working day delivery, and people placing real orders on it while you're reading this. For Embello we built the CRM and operations system rather than the website, so we've seen both ends of the handover, including what a back office needs to survive 50,000 products and 100,000 customers on next day turnaround. You get both halves from the same team.

04 How it happens
Half a day with you working out what you sell and why anyone picks you over the next lot. Usually it's the stock you hold or the fact somebody answers the phone at the trade counter. That goes at the top of the page, not your mission statement.
Before anyone picks a font, we work out where an enquiry goes and what your existing systems can hand over. That decides most of the design, and it's the bit people skip.
We build it and get your products in, supplier CSV with the columns swapped and all. On a site with real range, product data is most of the job and everyone underestimates it.
We go live, then we watch what people click and what they still ring up about. First few weeks we'll be changing things. That's why you ship it rather than polish it for another quarter.
05 Questions
£8k to £30k. Six pages and a contact form sits at the bottom. Fifty thousand product lines living in a system from 2009 with no API sits at the top, and we'll tell you which one you are before you commit to anything. If your product data is a mess, that's where the money goes, so budget for it.
Sometimes you should, and we'll say so. If you sell forty products and every order goes into one inbox that one person watches, Shopify will cover it and you'll be trading by Friday. What you're paying us for is the wiring between the site and whatever you run the business on. No wiring needed, no reason to hire us.
Fair question. More than one person here knows your system, and the code and the documentation live in your accounts, not ours, so nobody is a single point of failure. We also take a handful of builds at a time, so there'll be weeks your job waits behind someone else's, and what you get for that is people who know your business by name. It's all standard, dull technology, so another developer can pick it up without holding a séance. Ask and we'll show you what the handover doc looks like.

Send us a link to your current site and we'll tell you what we'd change and whether it's worth paying us to do it.
